- Taxpayer Identification Card (SFC);
- Fixed residence proof., with maturity of up to 6 months;
- Documentations above legal representatives and / or Attorneys (if applicable);
- Attorney for persons empowered to represent the quota (if applicable).

The forms should be followed with certified copies in banking or allowance:

Corporate Documentation Company:

- Social Contract registered with competent Body;
- Last contract amendment;
- Final Review.

Persons empowered to represent the quota (Representatives Legal / Attorneys):

- ID, Driver's License or Passport
- Taxpayer Identification Card (SFC);
- Proof of residence, with maturity of up to 6 months.

Attorney for persons empowered to represent the quota (if applicable).

Documents showing the origin of the resources, including the corporate structure of the shareholders of the investor and their percentages due to the level of individual (organization), in compliance with CVM Instruction 463, such as:

- Documentation Corporate Company of all companies that make up the corporate structure, to the level of individuals and
- Personal documents of shareholders, even if indirect, which are characterized as individuals.
